Luis is a Board Certified professional counselor and is licensed to practice counseling and psychotherapy in the states of Florida, Michigan, and Ohio. He has worked with diverse populations presenting a wide range of developmental and clinical concerns. Luis trained at the Andrews University Counseling and Testing Center and The Ohio State University Counseling and Consultation Service and serves as a psychological specialist at The University of Central Florida Counseling Center. He worked in private practice in Michigan and has been practicing in Central Florida since 2004. He is a professional member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and the Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling.
