Welcome to my website! When people come to counseling, it is because they want something to be different in their lives. They may want to change their life situations, solve a particular problem, make a decision, know themselves better, or understand what is happening in their lives.
I provide counseling and psychotherapy to adults that emphasizes growth,
development, and human potential. "Journey Companions" reflects my view of the counseling process. Sometimes, as we engage in our life's journey, we encounter obstacles that can get us "stuck." It is especially then when we need a companion's support... Someone to trust as we overcome our obstacles, "reroute and keep going." A companion walks by your side as you discover new possibilities for growth and meaning in life... Engaging in psychotherapy is an important step towards greater personal growth and I'm glad you are considering having me as your companion through this stage of your journey.
